What to Include in Your Request
Start with the community, the service needed, and a short description of the concern. Explain when you noticed it and whether anything has changed. If several items need attention, identify them separately so they can be discussed clearly.
Access and Scheduling
Mention gates, parking, occupied areas, and other conditions that could affect a visit. Include your preferred timing and any deadline connected to another project. Availability needs to be confirmed before you rely on a particular date.
What Happens Before You Approve Work
Discuss the proposed scope, price, exclusions, preparation, and cleanup. Ask how changes are handled if conditions found during the work differ from what was visible at the estimate. A clear written description gives you something useful to compare.
